How to use machine???
1. Firstly, going through the hopper raw chocolate blocks will be melt into the stainless steel basin below;
2. Then, you can control the automatic constant temperature. Paste attached on the turn-plate will be collected;
3. Later, pouring procedure will finished by hand. There are various styles of customized mould;
4. Next, using drawknife to raze excess chocolate which is on the mold edge, put the mould with chocolate on the table, cooling and de-mould;
5. Finally, vibrating board is helpful to chocolate coating.
