RJ45 Cat 8 40Gbps Patch Cable
Linkwylan Cat 8 patch cable is the molding type design for connecting the RJ45 devices. It uses the Cat8 stranded S/FTP cable 4x2xAWG26/7 and RJ45 molding type plug with gold-plated on the plug’s contact pins to catch up with the best performance. The cable achieves transmit bandwith 40GBit and frequency up to 2000MHz (channel link).
The cable is not only popular for IT&networking room application, it is also suitable for the Hi-speed internet bar, Game Center, Home HDBase 4K TV box and Hi-Fi studioes. It c
omplies with the standards ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, EN 50288-12-1.

Application
Category 8 cables currently are mainly using for data center transmissions between servers and switches, it could achieve four times the transmission speed compared to Cat 6A/7 cables. It is typical data center application
of ToR (Top of Rack, direct link between
server and switch) & MoR (Middle of Row,
2-connector link between two cabinets). Linkwylan® CAT 8 components are also designed to support 4PPoE standard and could supply power up to 100 watt to the IT equipments if required.

Cat 8 Test Standard
The whole Category 8 copper cabling solution, which includes the Cat8 field termination plug, Cat8 keystone jack
from Linkwylan® transmit up to 40 Gigabit per second (24m) in the Permanent Link over the backbone cabling of the data center.
Additionally, the copper cabling components transmit 25 Gigabit per second (50m) in the Permanent Link in accordance with TR 11801
(9909), and this means the future trend for LAN cabling in buildings.
